Family Health Kit

Our Family Health Kit is an essential medicinal chest that all families should have on hand. The medications can be used to make the family member more comfortable until you contact your Health Care Professional. The medicines prescribed are in homeopathic remedies. These remedies are a gentle way of prescribing for families, especially children. Chrildren are more likely to take homeopathic medicines easily as it does not have the strong tastes of the Herbal or allopathic medicines.

Aconite x4 – used for early stages of cold, flues and viruses.

Apis x1 – used for relieving hives, water retention, allergies affecting the throat, mouth and eyes, bee stings, and swelling.

Arnica x1 – used for bruising, nose bleeds, shock, accidents, and physical trauma.

Belladonna x1 – used for relieving headaches and head colds.

Cantharis x1 – used for treating burns and scalds, sunburn, burning diarrhoea and cystitis.

Catnip x1 – used for relieving colic, nerves, headaches and crying.

Chamomile x1 – used for calming angry, stressed children with headaches.

Hepar Sulp x1 – used for reducing phlegm and heavy mucous, also slow urination.
